Marcheluzzo Impianti realizes new unloading system for S.A.F. CER Group

Marcheluzzo Impianti, the Italian plant engineering company, has successfully completed the installation and commissioning of a new automatic unloading system for fired material products for a brickworks owned by S.A.F. CER Group in Algeria.

The installation was designed for reforming square and rectangular packs of B8, B12 and Hourdis blocks. The perforations in the Hourdis blocks can be used by the forklift for lifting, eliminating the need for pallets. In addition, a line has been installed for the production of packs with wooden pallets for export by container. The system boasts interesting new and patented technical solutions for reformation of the packs in the different layers with help of two robots.

Key feature of the installation is its versatility for the pack forming so optimized solutions for every single product size can be devised.
