Elster Kromschröder is dissociating itself explicitly from trade fair participants who, with imitations of the Elster Kromschröder products, give the impression that they work in partnership with the company from Lotte, near Osnabrück. The background to this are numerous remarks from visitors at a recently held trade fair, who drew attention to such devices and wondered whether the said companies have now started selling Elster Kromschröder products. This is not the case! It is much more a matter of imitations, which are obviously produced in Asia by, among others, Germany companies.

“We were very taken aback, when customers at the trade fair came to us to tell us about imitations of our products. For us as a brand manufacturer this is not at all like fair competition. We dissociate ourselves explicitly from such behaviour and furthermore we rely on the fact that our customers will continue to choose the comprehensive system consultation with high-quality original components,” said Thomas Kujadt, Head of Market Gas Utilization and a member of Elster Kromschröder’s company management. “We at Elster Kromschröder work stringently to develop system components that offer added value to the market at the highest level of quality.” This task is taken very seriously at Elster, as in the design of heating equipment, in addition to all the application challenges, it is above all a matter of safety when dealing with gas.
