Wienerberger acquires Belgian facing brick producer Heylen Bricks

Wienerberger (www.wienerberger.com ) has acquired Heylen Bricks, a long-standing, family-owned company with high branch recognition, headquartered in Veldwezelt, Belgium. From its favourable geographic location near Maastricht in the border triangle between Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands, the company markets its products in all three countries. The parties have agreed not to disclose any information on the price for this transaction.
