Ceric receives € 7.6 mill. increase in capital

Ceric, one of the world’s leaders in engineering, procurement and construction for the heavy clay ceramics industry, has increased its capital by € 7.6 mill. in June 2015. Pleiade Investment and Sopromec both converted their bonds into shares and subscribed to new shares.

This will enable Ceric to pursue its international development towards new export markets, innovation and R&D programmes.

Patrick Hébrard becomes  Chairman of the board and will continue to maintain a close relationship with Ceric’s customers.

Jean-Jacques Wagner, previously General Manager, has been appointed new President.
