Maintenance/spare parts

For technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of machines and equipment, a team of qualified technicians is on hand to make any necessary repairs fast and effectively.

All types of spare parts, wear parts, components or special elements can be supplied for client facilities. A wide range of mechanical, electrical and thermal parts, such as burners, refractories, motors, speed controllers, is also available.

Robotics/modernization

A qualified Cleia team is available to assist clients with the introduction of robotics and in the upgrading of production lines. With the implementation of more modern packaging methods, for example, products can be made more attractive for end-customers.

Revamping/upgrading to standards

In the renovation of production facilities, old equipment is overhauled and repaired. Existing equipment is inspected and solutions proposed that can help improve performance. Moreover, electric and gas circuits are upgraded to standards.

Expertise/training

Cleia’s engineers and experts inspect customer production plants and work on possibilities to improve performance. The focus is on certain areas: raw materials, drying, firing, automatic handling, robotics, mechanics, production management, etc.

Cleia is an approved training organization and can therefore offer clients assistance with training. On-site training is provided for machine operators and technicians to ensure better operation of the production equipment.
