Facing bricks and hollow blocks – produced on one line
The tradition-steeped company Bedeschi S.p.A. has successfully commissioned an integrated turnkey plant for the production of 60 mill. facing bricks and high-porosity clay blocks for UGMK Holding based in Yekaterinburg (Oblast Sverdlovsk). The plant has been built as a greenfield development and is the third production plant for Revdinskiy Kirpicniy Zavod, a company belonging to UGMK-Holding.
1 Introduction
The brick plant was officially inaugurated on 13 March 2016, the ceremony being attended by Evgeniy Kuyvashev, the Sverdlovsk Region Governor, Andrey Kozicin, General Manager of the UGMK holding, and Mikhail Novoselov, General Manager of Revdinskiy Kirpicniy Zavod.
The customer had specified that the plant should be able to produce both high-quality facing bricks and large-size high-porosity clay blocks with the same technology.
