Focus: Suction head systems and variants

Steadily and sustainably, the company has developed over the last 40 years into a full-range supplier for the moulding of clay roofing tiles, investing continually in its own specialized production.

The company’s now 50 employees:

develop new tile models

modernize and optimize existing tiles

design and make moulds, master moulds and suction heads for the production of roofing tiles

engineer and commission plaster mixers, plaster presses and plaster cleaning systems

extensively support the company’s customers with know-how and extensive experience in moulding clay roofing tiles

overhaul mould sets and replace spare parts

are constantly working on innovations and improvements

This year, the trade fair stand is focussing on suction heads. Several suction head systems and variations will be exhibited. Amongst other things, different models of cutting blades and various oiling and wetting possibilities will be presented for optimizing the cutting process. In addition, tested new developments will be presented with which considerable cost savings and efficiency increases have already been achieved in the field, e.g. upper working moulds with reduced plaster insert or border strips with wear protection coating.
