Verdés presents new roller grinding lathe

V erdés, the Spanish machine engineering company, has developed a roller grinding lathe with the following key features:

Strong electro-welded steel bed frame with premium rigidity avoiding flexion and vibrations

Tempered chromed steel rails for the carriage

Tool holder carriage with blocking system to operate under the most demanding conditions without vibrations (max. tool displacement is 250 mm)

To shorten the grinding cycle, a clutch system enables quick manual movement of the carriage

Integrated frequency converter installed in an ergonomic control panel with eight speed memories

The control panel can be installed in different configurations according to customer requirements

Assembly of 180 W geared motor has been designed to optimize its protection

To keep the equipment in perfect condition avoiding dust over guides and spindle, the lathe is supplied with a heavy duty canvas cover to protect the machine and control panel when the lathe is not in operation

100% adaptable to Verdés machines, both current and older models

Thanks to the simple design and reduced dimensions, the lathe can be easily adapted to other brand machines
