Ceramitec 2024 - Franz Banke GmbH

We are delighted to welcome our customers to Ceramitec again this year!

Since its foundation in 1978, Franz Banke GmbH has specialised in the development and production of roof tile moulds. We accompany our customers and partners from the first drafts for a new tile model, through test moulding to the production-ready product. The pressing tools and plastering systems are manufactured in our own specialised production facility.

As usual, the family-run company from Isen in Upper Bavaria will be providing information about its products and solutions for the development and production of roof tiles at its trade fair stand.

In the field of tile development, the topic of energy efficiency is becoming increasingly important. In addition to the already known possibility of reducing the weight of existing tile models (supported by modern processes such as FEM), the optimised use of drying frames and firing cassettes also offers interesting potential for increasing efficiency.

The development of solutions for shorter set-up times, longer tool life and practical applications in production have always been at the centre of our efforts. In this context, we will be presenting edge strips with an anti-wear coating, working moulds with reduced, optimised plaster thickness and a suction head system with a quick-change device at this year‘s Ceramitec.

Many of our customers have been using our tried and tested AVM20 vacuum plaster mixer for many years.

Based on the experience gained with our AVM20 and the increased demand for a smaller, compact plaster mixer, we have developed the AVM10. Our new AVM10 is also available with a two-chamber screw conveyor and doses and mixes fully automatically.

You can also get a first glimpse of our new plaster mixer at this year‘s Ceramitec.

And of course a Bavarian snack awaits you at our stand. We look forward to your visit!
