Marco Falco Becomes Managing Director of BMI Germany

According to a press release dated May 13, there has been a change in leadership at BMI Germany, a manufacturer of pitched and flat roof systems for residential and commercial buildings. Marco Falco has taken over as managing director of the roofing manufacturer, succeeding Eugenio Cecchin, who is leaving the company to pursue new opportunities outside the BMI Group.

BMI Germany thanks Eugenio Cecchin for his many years of dedication and for the strategic development of the company. The company wishes him all the best in his future professional and personal endeavors.

With Marco Falco, an experienced executive is taking over as managing director—one who knows the German market from an operational perspective and is intimately familiar with the needs of both the retail sector and the roofing trade. He will continue to retain responsibility for sales in his new role. In this way, BMI Germany is committed to a close integration of corporate leadership, market proximity, and customer focus.

Marco Falco has been with BMI since 2023 and was appointed Managing Director of Sales for Germany in January 2025. In this role, he has played a key role in driving the further development of sales and has consistently expanded engagement with retailers and the roofing trade.

“I am very pleased about the trust placed in me and look forward to my new role at BMI Germany. The roofing market is going through a challenging phase, yet at the same time, there are great opportunities for companies that operate close to the market and develop solutions together with their partners. Thanks to my previous responsibilities in sales, I know many of our customers, their needs, and their daily challenges very well. I intend to consistently maintain this close connection to the market in my new role as Managing Director. I am convinced that the close integration of corporate leadership, sales, and customer engagement is a key success factor for the continued growth of BMI Germany,” says Marco Falco.
