Welcome to the 72st Clemson Brick Forum 2026
The 72nd Clemson Brick Plant Operator’s Forum will be held September 28th –29th, 2026, at the Anderson Civic Center in Anderson, South Carolina. Since 1955, this meeting has brought brick people together to share information, learn from one another, and strengthen our industry. The Forum provides a valuable opportunity to share scientific knowledge and practical brick-making experience with the next generation of brickmakers.
The 2026 program will feature two days of technical presentations addressing the issues that matter most in today’s plants, including best practices, brick-making fundamentals, equipment and process innovations, plant upgrades, wall systems, and environmental health and safety. As always, many of the most valuable presentations come from people actively working in the industry. Their experiences, what has worked, what has not, and what they have learned—provide insights that can be applied immediately in the plant.
The technical program will be complemented by opportunities for manufacturers and suppliers to connect with and discuss shared challenges. We will continue the Forum’s tradition of informal hospitality, including the annual J.C. Steele reception and our much-anticipated steak cookout, complete with a steak kiln, again this year.
The Forum is presented by the Brick Education and Research Foundation for the benefit of the National Brick Research Center, an industry-sponsored research center within Clemson University’s College of Engineering, Computing and Applied Sciences. Proceeds support the operation and enhancement of the Bishop Materials Laboratory, helping us provide research and technical service to the brick industry.
We look forward to another outstanding meeting and hope you will join us. For registration and additional information, please visit www.brickandtile.org.
Sincerely,
