Whose after-sales service was the best, and who was best at delivering spare parts and/or replacement material quickly and without complications in an emergency? Who gave you the most competent, prompt assistance for solving your equipment or mixing problems? Who continued to optimize equipment/mixes they had already delivered?
Zi International – the trade journal for the heavy clay industry - is looking for the winner of the Zi Best Service Supplier 2019 Award. Based exclusively on the votes cast by Zi readers, we wish to pay tribute to the supplier who offers the best service. This could be a plant & equipment contractor, a supplier of clays and engobes, or some other sundry sort of equipper.
