Cerámicas Mora achieves flexibility combined with high quality standards within a new type of combination plant

In its new plant for facing bricks and façade tiles at ­Illescas, south of Madrid, the Spanish brick manufacturer Cerámicas Mora relies on a new type of technology devised by Lingl and a slim works concept which is able to produce various high-quality products with relatively low manufacturing costs.

1 Introduction

Cerámicas Mora, Illescas, situated south of Madrid, was founded more than 50 years ago and has been producing a wide range of ceramic products in this centrally positioned manufacturing plant, ideally situated to supply the whole of Spain.

Cerámicas Mora was one of the first brick manufacturers in Spain to operate a tunnel kiln.
