Russian brickworks “Braer” uses innovative technology for production

At the Russian brickworks “Kirpitschny Zawod Braer” built by the Keller Division, state-of–the-art equipment is used to produce a broad spectrum of ceramic building materials. Zi Brick and Tile Industry International reported on the plant in a detailed profile in Zi 5/2012. We spoke to the A. J. Burmistrov, Executive Vice-President for Production, about the new plant at Mosbuild, the Russian construction trade fair.

Zi: Mr Burmistrov, the Braer plant is one of the most modern brickworks in Russia. How satisfied are you with the entire Keller technology?

 

A.J.B.: Keller was and remains, in my view, one of the best manufacturers of equipment for the production of ceramic products. I can say with conviction that Keller HCW has used the most modern and advanced technical solutions available in the clay brick and tile industry at the time when our plant was built.
