Batimatec 2014 – a booming Algerian heavy clay market

At Batimatec 2014, the International Exhibition for Construction Materials, Building and Public Works, more than 1 000 exhibitors presented their products and services from 4 to 8 May on a floor area of around 44        000 m² at the Algiers Exhibition Centre, Algeria.

International exhibitors express satisfaction

449 Algerian companies and 651 foreign companies from 25 countries worldwide, including France, Germany, China, Great Britain, Turkey, Egypt, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Tunisia, took part at the trade fair (»1). As reported by the organizers, nearly 100 000 professionals, mostly from the construction and civil engineering sectors, visited the 17th edition of Batimatec over the four days of the event.
