It has been proven that gas consumption and CO2 emissions have been reduced in old plants modernized with EnerViT, that is 17.5% in already energy-efficient own-brand kilns and up to 33.5% with EnerViT in kilns from other suppliers. The results are based on consumption and quality analysis performed by customers together with Keramischer Ofenbau before and after kiln modernization. The use of new kilns with the EnerViT system led to consumption reductions of up to 54% compared to existing plants.
