General Manager Anton Wiedemann retired

The Staudacher brickworks bid Anton Wiedemann farewell on his retirement at the end of April 2021. The owner Otto Staudacher thanked him for his many years of successful work. Since May 2021, Christian Staudacher, already in the third generation, has assumed sole management.

Since 1979 and even beyond his official retirement, Anton Wiedemann had been working with the Staudacher brickworks, at first as production manager, later as sales manager and since 2015 together with Christian Staudacher in the management.

Anton Wiedemann played an important role in the success of the brickworks in the last few years. In addition to general business operations, he was responsible for the product development of Thermopor and was involved in the development of the production of brick wall elements. Furthermore, he represented the interests of the brickworks at Thermopor associations and the Masonry Bricks Working Group. Under his leadership and thanks to his comprehensive technical knowledge, the Staudacher brickworks has today become a successful family business and is considered as one of the leading manufacturers of ceramic building materials on the German market.
