Keller HCW successfully hands over brick plant in
Al-Khumra, Saudi Arabia, to the customer

On 25 September 2014, the largest order in Keller’s history was signed. Plants I and II were successfully approved by and handed over to the customer El Khayyat in mid-March 2018. With this, the two of the largest brick plants in the world were put into operation.

Each plant produces 1 700 t fired clay bricks a day. These could be used to build up to 40 detached homes. For comparison, a German brick plant produces around 300 to 400 t fired bricks per day.

Plant III is currently being commissioned.
