Tecnofiliere supplies dies to SARL Sanabil Essalem
Tecnofiliere, the Italian die manufacturer, is continuing to expand its presence on the Algerian market, now supplying dies to SARL Sanabil Essalem, a leading brick producer based in Chelghoum Laid in the province of Mila.
The delivery includes two TFE-J Evo model dies with cores and liners made of Tecnocarbide for the production of 6-cavity B8 bricks (100 x 200 mm) and 4-cavity B12 bricks (150 x 200 mm), together with spare core holders, marking rollers, a TF maintenance positioning device for maintenance operations and a TF Ecowash, a professional pressure washer for cleaning dies.
The brick plant started up operation in the first few months of 2018 and has a production capacity of 200 000 tonnes/year. Along with the B8 and B12 bricks, it also produces floor blocks.
