Having exhibited at the many of the previous ceramitec fairs, this year Sabo’s stand was in a strategically favourable position and impressed visitors, exhibitors and the organization with its design and presentation.
The status of 4.0 company was confirmed by the new way of product presentation. The focus was not the installation of machinery but digital support, including a virtual tour around some of the latest innovative solutions. Many selected visitors were invited to take a seat in a comfortable chair and, as part of a virtual tour, walk around a brick plant while having the feeling of being in a real world.
A special area was dedicated to the Sabo Laboratory, with its increasing activities in support of customers looking to optimize quality with better raw materials, additives and controlled mixtures.
Sabo also presented its affiliate Sabo Filiere with its products representing the high technological development also in equipment and accessories for the heavy clay industry, e.g. dies and specific heavy spare parts.
The Sabo team, which has business partners all over the world, welcomed both new customers from new regions with specific requests and long-standing partners with great interest in the Sabo products. They were not only impressed by the latest technological developments, they were interested in services in technical support, a Sabo activity undergoing extensive development.
The European market, well represented by most of the visitors, is today requesting standalone and modern machinery and/or tailor-made solution for existing plants, to improve the production quality and reduce energy consumption: Sabo’s references showed that Sabo is the right partner for this type of investment.
Although Sabo focussed on the heavy clay industry, the company also met with interest in industrial automation and handling in other sectors where Sabo operates with the Business Unit “Robotics, Handling and Automation”.
With the other companies in the Group, Sabo is growing steadily and in recent months the sales team has been strengthened to be even closer to customers in line with its company philosophy: customers are partners.
