Jean-Jacques Wagner – new Managing Director at Ceric Technologies

Ceric Technologies’ new Managing Director, Jean-Jacques Wagner, held several prior posts within the Ceric Group. From 2000 to 2003 he worked as Development Director at Ceric Inc. in Denver, then as Managing Director of Keller-HCW in Germany (2003–2007) and finally as head of the German branches of Keyria from 2007 to 2008, the years of the Group’s major international expansion.

At the end of 2008 ­Wagner left the company to establish a new firm in Spain, with a focus on innovative and environment-friendly decoration products. For the new Ceric Technologies, which was established in 2010 with the support of Pleiade Investment fund, Wagner acted as a consultant to the company and as Chairman of its
Supervisory Board.

In 1975 Jean-Jacques Wagner was awarded a degree in mechanical engineering from Ecole Centrale and in 1984 a master’s degree in business administration from Insead (1984). Prior to joining Ceric, he held several positions as head of foreign branches of the French company Alstom in the Middle East, and as president of the snowmaking engineering division of the York company in the USA.

Jean-Jacques Wagner is a founding member and former Chairman of ECTS (European Ceramics Technology Association).
