Freymatic presenting Leancut:
the new generation of cutters
Leancut is equipped with separate drives for carriage and cutting, with the modular structure being adapted to each respective application. Hence, the cutter may be equipped for cutting multiple extruded hollow blocks, ceiling blocks, wall blocks or even standard bricks. With the appropriate modular structure, the cutter produces accurate clots for closed roofing tile moulds just as well as clay pipes or extremely thin-walled catalyst bodies, the latter by means of oscillating wire.
Although the structure is very simple, the new Leancut features high cutting precision. The new Leancut by Freymatic will be preferred wherever a specific modular structure or an unpretentious low-maintenance cutter is required for a limited range of products.
