Green tec by Lingl – solutions to reduce energy costs

Lingl has specialized in all production steps for the manufacture of ceramic building materials. At Lingl, great emphasis is laid on the development of solutions for energy-efficient production.

“green tec by Lingl” is the new brand that the ­German company presented at ­Ceramitec 2012. This brand includes all innovations for efficient industrial engineering as well as optimized processes along the value chain of heavy clay ceramics. The objective of these developments is to significantly reduce the impact on the environment and to lower running costs in the long term.

The following proven and tested products as well as solutions are currently included under the brand “green tec by Lingl”:

› PoroControl – firing technology for all energy-­containing raw materials
› Innovative firing concepts for all combustibles
› Process and raw material analyses
› Optimization of body composition

› Filling technologies according to the Unipor Coriso principle in cooperation with Unipor
› Filling plants for mineral wool pads in cooperation with Grenzebach
› green tec-Service by Lingl: technical advice on energy saving and emissions, ­mobile laboratory dryer, leasing service, gas-specific safety and leakage checks as well as seminars dealing with topics such as reduction of energy consumption and procedural quality improvement
This multitude of trendsetting technologies and offers enables Lingl to find the correct solution for all requirements. Lingl is continuously driving further developments to be able to offer top energy-­efficient products and production processes also in the future.
