Ceramic building materials have always been characterised by their aesthetics, durability and resistance to weather, frost and UV radiation. Combined with their natural raw material base and high recyclability, clay roof tiles have been meeting the high demands of construction for centuries – in fact, for millennia.
The challenges in the area of energy efficiency and resource conservation in manufacturing are not new, but have become significantly more acute in recent years.
These challenges are at the heart of our activities, from the initial idea for a new tile model to the production and sale of the finished product – and beyond. We would like to use our trade fair appearance to show you our integrated value chain.
In brick development, we combine the experience and expertise of our customers with our own knowledge. Modern tools and processes such as FEM analysis and modern measurement methods support the development of energy-efficient, robust and load-optimised brick models.
The development of functional, precise, practical tools that are adapted to the respective production requirements is the focus of our mould design. Intensive and close coordination with our customers and users enables us to produce working moulds, master moulds and suction heads that are optimally designed for real production conditions.
Our in-house production facility manufactures moulds for plaster technology as well as rubber blanket moulds and steel moulds. Our experienced employees and modern machinery enable us to achieve high quality standards, great flexibility and fast response times. We also manufacture and assemble high-quality spare parts such as edge strips and knives, and provide working moulds and suction heads ready for use in production.
Our portfolio is rounded off by plaster processing systems. Our proven AVM20 vacuum plaster mixer and the smaller AVM10 version enable precise mould quality for a stable and efficient production process.
