Tecnargilla 2010 with rising numbers of international visitors

Just a year after the last Ceramitec, Tecnargilla was held in Rimini. The percentage of foreign visitors has increased steeply, but many exhibitors still say the total number of visitors is too low. In the following we present exclusive views of selected exhibitors on the trade fair.

1. Summary

The 22nd Tecnargilla, organized from 27 September to 1 October in Rimini, closed with a positive visitor balance. Rimini Fiera announced that a total of 31 599 visitors (+0.5% compared to 2008) had come to find out about the latest technological and aesthetic innovations from the worldwide leading companies in the sector.

Strong growth could also be registered for the international visitors, with a plus of 18.6% compared to the last trade fair in 2008. Totalling 14 603 people, foreign visitors accounted for more than 46% of the total number of visitors. These included industry buyers...
