At Capaccioli, innovation meets tradition

2012 marks the 100th birthday of company founder ­Araldo Capaccioli, and the Capaccioli Group is celebrating the event. What began as a tiny workshop has evolved into a full-range supplier for the brick and tile industry, now providing single-source plant and equipment for everything from preparation and shaping to drying, firing and handling. We spoke with proprietors and managing directors Emma (E.C.) and Stefano Capaccioli (S.C.) about the company‘s past, present and future.

Zi: With your company observing the 100th birthday of company founder Araldo Capaccioli this year, how do you plan to celebrate the occasion?

 

E.C.: To begin with, we are holding “open house day” for our customers all year long. We started last week with an initial group of visitors and are pleased to be able to greet you here today as representative of Zi Brick and Tile Industry International. Capaccioli has been developing and expanding at a rapid pace, particularly over the past few years, and we want to show our customers what that means.
