Change in the ERLUS Executive Board – Andreas Wilhelm is the new Executive Board member for Marketing and Sales

As announced by the company in a press release dated February 2, 2026, there will be a change in the Executive Board of ERLUS AG: Patrick Dietrich, who has been a member of the Executive Board responsible for marketing and sales since 2023, is leaving the company at his own request. The new member of the Executive Board at ERLUS will be Andreas Wilhelm, who has been with Knauf Gips KG Iphofen since 2014.

“We are very pleased to have Andreas Wilhelm join our company and wish him every success and good luck in his new role,” said Claus Girnghuber, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ERLUS AG. Wilhelm was appointed to the Executive Board at the Supervisory Board meeting on December 2, 2025, and has taken over the Marketing and Sales departments with effect from February 1, 2026.

Andreas Wilhelm is 41 years old, married, father of two children, and lives in Pilsting. After completing his degree in business administration, he worked for the Lindner Group in Arnstorf for five years. From 2014, he held various management positions in sales and marketing at Knauf Gips KG in Iphofen.

Patrick Dietrich has been a member of the Executive Board of ERLUS AG for Marketing and Sales in Neufahrn since 2023. Prior to and parallel to his work at ERLUS, he was responsible for the development of the Girnghuber (GIMA) company in Marklkofen for nine years as Head of Sales and Marketing. He is leaving ERLUS at his own request and on the best of terms.
