ERLUS honored 26 anniversaries for company loyalty
At this year‘s ERLUS AG anniversary celebration for the Neufahrn and Ergoldsbach plants, 26 long-standing employees celebrated their company anniversaries. The German brick making company reported this in a statement dated May 9, 2025.
One female employee and four male employees have been with ERLUS AG for 40 years.
Fourteen were honoured for 25 years of loyalty to the company and seven for ten years of service.
‘A company is only as strong as the people who support it,’ emphasised Martin Eisenreich, Commercial Director of ERLUS AG, in his laudatory speech. ‘And you are among our strongest pillars. Thank you for your loyalty and commitment.’
Some of the long-serving employees at ERLUS AG in Neufahrn or Ergoldsbach completed their training at the company. At the ceremony in the company canteen at the headquarters in Neufahrn in Lower Bavaria, the board members, works council and department and plant managers expressed their sincere thanks to the jubilarians for their work and their many years of loyalty to the family business.
A safe workplace
ERLUS AG employs a total of 560 people at three locations: Neufahrn in Lower Bavaria, Ergoldsbach in Lower Bavaria and Teistungen in Thuringia. Every year the company honors its long-standing employees. All those celebrating an anniversary receive a monetary gift as a thank you for their loyalty to the company. Those honored who have been loyal to the company for 40 or 25 years also receive a certificate from the Free State of Bavaria in recognition of their achievements. ERLUS provides training in four professions, offers a secure job and is known for its family working atmosphere.
