Braas presents new roofing tiles and insulation products

At Bau, the Braas Rubin 15V clay roofing tile will make its debut. With this model, Braas is widening its range in the segment for small-format roofing tiles. The Rubin 15V enables a regular roof pitch of just 16° and, thanks to 20-mm head lap, ensures easy partitioning of the roof. Braas supplies the small-format roofing tile with a full array of accessories. The innovative storm clip “Braas Clip” is also available for the Rubin 15V.
Also new in the Braas product portfolio is the high-performance Clima Comfort insulation solution. The diffusible over-rafter insulation made of Resol rigid foam is extremely efficient. It boasts an outstanding λ value ≥ 0.021 W/mK and at the same time scores points with a very small material thickness. This enables very slender roof structures – both for newbuilds and in modernization projects. Braas supplies Clima Comfort in six material thicknesses.
Last of new products at the trade fair is the new Topas 11V roofing tile, the Braas Clip for clay and concrete roofing tiles, and the PV Premium in-roof photovoltaic system for the Turmalin clay roofing tile: visually and technically modernized, the new Topas 11V has all the design features of a “reform” pantile. Fast installation with a standard roof pitch of 25° is ensured thanks to the generous 60-mm head lap.
In the roofing system components segment, Braas is now offering an innovative storm clip. The Braas Clip can be fitted without tools, in just a few easy steps. Braas supplies clips suitable for many types of roofing tile, adapted to their specific shape.
Braas has extended the aesthetic PV Premium in-roof photovoltaic system to include Turmalin roofing tiles. The PV Premium in-roof system has been certified by TÜV (Germany’s Technical Inspection Board). It is integrated directly into the roof surface and blends into the attractive roof design. In the case of Turmalin, the modules replace 7.5 roofing tiles in width and one in height.
