Keratek presents newly developed

Turbo Kompakt 500

Keratek based in Hohenhameln has been offering competent engineering services and products for the clay brick and tile industry for decades. The portfolio covers expert appraisals to the project planning of entire plants.

In recent years, energy saving, quality and productivity improvements have crystallized as the focus activities. Keratek engineers have evolved into experts in the field of high-temperature gas circulators. Widely known in the industry, with over 50 installed systems, is the now classic Turboblock 800. This hot gas circulator, which disappears almost completely in the suspended ceiling of tunnel kilns, ensures a more homogeneous temperature distribution and a more homogeneous kiln atmosphere in the temperature range to around 850° C. The ceramic used for the hot gas channels guarantees outstanding corrosion resistance.

The demand for low-cost devices for use to around 500° C has been met by Keratek with the newly developed Turbo Kompakt 500.

Information on further new developments and all other questions regarding clay brick and tile production will be available at the Keratek stand.
