A new stiff extrusion plant for facing bricks in the USA

In May, the new brick plant for Roeben’s subsidiary Triangle Brick Corp. was inaugurated in Henrietta, Texas. Lingl, the German plant engineering company, set up the stiff extrusion plant, which went into operation as a turnkey plant starting with the push-through harp at the end of 2015.

1 Introduction

Triangle Brick is one of the leading American manufacturers of facing bricks of exceptional quality. Incorporated in 1959, the company, which has been part of the Roeben Tonbaustoffe group for 35 years, was one of the first brick manufacturers in the USA to have a completely automated manufacturing process at its disposal. Today, with a total of five plants situated, for example, at Merry Oaks or Wadesboro, Triangle Brick sells bricks to customers in over 30 states in America and belongs to the Top Ten in the American Brick industry.
