Ceramifor’s ISO 9001:2008 certification by TÜV Rheinland

Last April, Ceramifor successfully completed its quality management system certification under ISO 9001:2008 standard. The certificate is issued by TÜV Rheinland for manufacture, repair, assembling and commissioning, maintenance and commercialization of thermal processing equipment. The details of the certificate can be seen in this link.

ISO 9001 is the standard for quality management systems, one of the best known standards issued by ISO, the International Organization for Standardization. These voluntary standards are concerned with quality management, this means with all that the organization does to ensure that its products and services conform to the customer's requirements and achieve customer satisfaction.

The implementation of quality management system and its certification is one of the company strategic guidelines, reinforcing the company’s values: costumer focus, seeking long lasting relationships and emphasis in permanent innovation and development.
