HF Absorb – the decentralized modular fluorine absorption system

Decentralized HF absorption right beside the kiln minimizes pipe lengths. The process involves no permanent additional energy expenditures for its operation. The HF-laden flue gases are cleaned of their HF content by dry sorption as they flow through the absorber modules. The entire system has no moving parts. Its other advantages include:
› easy installation, service-reduced operation
› trouble-free exchange of absorber modules
› easy retrofitting to existing plants, with optimal size adjustment
› modest space requirement
› accommodation of as-found operating conditions thanks to modularity
› ...
