New Bedeschi projects for the brick and tile industry worldwide
The Italian machinery and plant constructor Bedeschi has received several orders for the supply of preparation and shaping lines for the following factories:
RM Briques – Tanger, Morocco
› Capacity: 600 t/day
› Scope of delivery: Box feeder for raw material, crusher, disintegrator, primary roller mill, mixer, double shaft mixer, box feeder as big as a storage silo, fine grinding roller mill and extruder with 650 mm diameter, complete supply of the electrical control panels for all the Bedeschi machinery
The equipment has already been completely delivered and the start-up is scheduled before summer 2009.
Briqueterie Tamouda – Tetuan, Morocco
The existing kiln, one of the oldest in Tetuan, will be completely reconstructed:
› Capacity: 500 t/day
› Scope of delivery: Box feeder for raw material, crusher, disintegrator, primary roller mill, double shaft mixer, 2 storage silo boxes, a second double shaft mixer, fine grinding roller mill and an extruder with 650 mm diameter, all electrical control panels for the Bedeschi machinery
Briqueterie Bab Mansour – Meknes, Morocco
This project involves the complete reconstruction of an existing kiln built in 1929 and the partial modernization of the old equipment:
› Capacity: 600 t/day
› Scope of delivery: Box feeder for raw materials, crusher, disintegrator, primary roller mill, double shaft mixer, 2 storage silo boxes, a second double shaft mixer, fine grinding roller mill and an extruder with 650 mm diameter,
all electrical control panels for the Bedeschi machinery
Rayanbriquetterie Casablanca – Tetuan works, Morocco
For this completely new plant for a capacity of 70 t/h on the wet side Bedeschi will supply:
› Box feeder for raw materials, crusher, 2-wheel pan mill, primary roller mill, double shaft mixer, silos for storage of material with automatic filling system, side reclaimer, storage buffer box, a second double shaft mixer, fine grinding roller mill and an extruder with 750 mm diameter, all electrical control panels for the Bedeschi machines
Alpina Industriale S.p.A. for Trigg – Libya
Alpina Industriale awarded to Bedeschi a contract for the supply of the preparation machinery, storage and extruding unit for a new plant for the client Trigg:
› Scope of delivery: Box feeders for raw material, disintegrator, crusher, primary roller mill, double shaft mixer, storage silos for raw materials with side reclaimer, storage buffer box, a second double shaft mixer, fine grinding roller mill and extruder with 650 mm diameter
Oranzeri – Hamzali, Macedonia
› Capacity of the completely new plant: 450 t/day of fired material
› Scope of delivery: Two box feeders for raw materials, 2-wheel pan mill, primary roller mill, double shaft mixer, raw material storage box feeders, storage buffer box, fine grinding roller mill and an extruder with 550 mm diameter as well as all electrical control panels for the Bedeschi machinery
