Keller HCW awarded major contract in Aomar, Algeria

In Aomar, Northern Algeria, the Keller division is building a highly modern production facility for hollow blocks and ceiling blocks for the Algerian company S.A.R.L. Mactell, with Rieter brand preparation and shaping machines, and kiln, dryer and production technology supplied by Keller HCW.

The new plant is designed for an output of 220 000 tonnes per year in the first building stage and can be extended to an output of 440 000 tonnes per year in the second building stage.

Thanks to the close collaboration between Keller HCW, Rieter and Morando, with the extensive know-how of the Keller division, a plant concept was evolved that meets the highest standards and will be trend-setting for the future with regard to low energy consumption for dryer, kiln and machinery, efficient personnel management, flexibility, and quality of the products.
