New structure for the Keller division
As of 1 June 2011, with retrospective effect from 1 January 2011, the German companies Keller HCW, Rieter and novoceric have been merged to form one unit. The sites in Ibbenbüren-Laggenbeck, Mellrichstadt and Constance will be maintained as will the established brand names novoceric and Rieter.
The synergy effects from the merger of the three companies will benefit the customers, suppliers and employees of the “new“ Keller HCW GmbH alike.
