New structure for the Keller division

As of 1 June 2011, with retrospective effect from 1 January 2011, the German companies Keller HCW, Rieter and novo­ceric have been merged to form one unit. The sites in ­Ibbenbüren-Laggenbeck, Mellrichstadt and Constance will be maintained as will the established brand names novo­ceric and Rieter.

The synergy effects from the merger of the three companies will benefit the customers, suppliers and employees of the “new“ Keller HCW GmbH alike.
