Capaccioli has delivered the second Aral 650/S extruder to Kilsan SA, Istanbul, one of Turkey’s leading brick producers, within the contractually agreed term. The machine was supplied just six months after the first Aral extruder was delivered in January 2011. The customer was very satisfied with the performance and results gained with the first extruder, which reached the following production data immediately after commissioning:

› min throughput: 64.25 t/h

› max throughput: 72.2 t/h

› average throughput:

68.46 t/h

› max extruding pressure: 28 bar
