1 Production line B

Small-sized perforated facing bricks and pavers without holes are manufactured.

In advance of the project installation, the Lingl laboratory conducted extensive trials to establish the suitability of the raw materials for the manufacture of pavers. Lingl sugges­ted several raw material compositions, some of which would have substantially exceeded the standard values required for pavers. Up to 40% externally sourced clay is mixed in to increase firing stability for firing temperatures up to a maximum of 1 250º C and to reach the required compressive strength. Small amounts...
