Implementation of the directive on industrial emissions in Germany and latest information on energy policy issues and CO2

In spring 2013 Germany implemented the European directive on industry emissions in German law. Aspects relevant to clay brick and tile manufacturers such as the amendment of the 4th Federal Emission Control Act, on-site inspections by the responsible authorities, reporting obligations, changes in the approval procedure, report on the initial situation and similar are explained with reference to field application. The current situation with regard to energy and climate policy issues: energy tax surplus settlement, CO2 emissions trading and Renewable Energy Act hardship regulation.
