Current developments in environmental and energy policy

The presentation will outline current developments in environmental and energy policy for the brick industry. It will focus in particular on developments in the context of EU emissions trading, the revision of the BREF ceramics and the requirements of the Industrial Emissions Directive. Furthermore, the requirements of the revised Construction Products Regulation, particularly with regard to environmental information in the declaration of performance, will be explained.
