New loading and unloading equipment for the Polet plant in Novi Becej, Serbia
The decades-long collaboration began with the delivery of machinery for the cement plant in Nasice (Croatia). Over time, Bedeschi has installed a range of equipment for clay bricks and blocks. Recently, the partnership was continued with the delivery of new machines for the Polet roofing tile plant in Novi Becej (Serbia). Following a comprehensive technical analysis, Bedeschi’s innovative solutions convinced both companies.
The design of the installation is based on improved loading and unloading of the roofing tile support frames on and off the dryer cars, thus limiting maintenance. Newly installed are two robots equipped with special double-fork grippers capable of loading the cars over their entire height. In addition, a system with suction cups for separating the packs of tiles has been supplied. The project also includes an innovative suction system adaptable to all types of tiles with only few mechanical adjustments.
To complete the project, there is also a new line for the formation of packs of dry tiles and their loading in the U-setters. The lines are equipped with a quality control system. Moreover, there is a line for the re-formation of the packs, and finally a line for packaging the fired tiles onto pallets.
