Paolo Sassi, the newly elected Chairman of the Italian Ceramic Machinery and Equipment Manufacturers’ Association, aims to ensure the continuous growth of the association and its member companies.
The key items on the newly-elected Chairman’s agenda include strengthening association services such as the SBS training school, the Research Centre, and the international communication and development activities, including participation at trade fairs, events and networking activities.
One key aspect over the next four years will be trade fair policy with the aim of maintaining the leading role and increasing the international scope of the Tecnargilla trade fair.
There will also be a strong focus on further expanding the association’s membership. The Association members currently account for 85 % of the sector’s turnover.
