ZMB Braun gears up with two new applications technicians
Master ceramist Erich Manhardt joined ZMB Braun as an applications technician on 1 September 2014. With comprehensive know-how and more than 25 years of experience in the backing brick sector, his previous position was that of deputy chief of operations at a heavy clay production plant in southern Germany. Peter Schneider, who completed his training as machine tool fitter at Braun. The past endeavours of the Master of precision mechanic centred on the design and development of extrusion dies and special-purpose machine tools for the brick and tile sector, and his work took him around the world. As of 1 October 2014, he, too, is working for ZMB Braun as an applications technician.
Peter Schneider and Erich Manhardt not only look after customers from German-speaking countries but foreign customers as well, and they are also responsible for breaking in dies and providing after-sale support and customer services.
