Ziegelwerk Klosterbeuren commissions new flue-gas cleaning system with optimized heat recovery

By replacing their 1993 flue-gas cleaning system at plant 2, the Ziegelwerk Klosterbeuren brickworks have optimized their production process. The project had an investment volume of € 1.2 million.
The German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy co-funded the project within the scope of its subsidies program for energy efficient, climate-friendly production processes.
The Bayreuth-based company E.I.Tec helped plan and implement the flue-gas cleaning system‘s replacement.
In the past five years alone, the company has invested more than € 2.5 million in energy conservation measures.
