Equipceramic S.A. wins order to modernize Briqueterie El Mostakbel

Equipceramic S.A., the Spanish plant engineering company, has received an order from El Mostakbel to modernize its two brickworks in the region of Teboulba, in Northern Tunisia. Both plants manufacture ceiling and hollow blocks.

Since a significant section of the manufacturing process is still manually operated, the El Mostakbel owners have decided to increase the automation level of the production units to adapt them to current market needs.

Equipceramic S.A. has been entrusted with the design and assembly of two new dehacking and packing lines, tailor-made to meet requirements at each plant and entirely automated. They enable the direct loading of packs on trucks or strapped packs of variable depth measuring 1 200 x 1 200 mm, including two gaps for the forklift.

Equipceramic S.A. is already manufacturing the individual components of the lines for dehacking and packing for each of the plants and the start of the work is scheduled for spring 2016.
