MosBuild celebrating 20th anniversary in 2014

MosBuild, one of the biggest Russian trade fairs for construction and interiors, will take place for the 20th time at the Expocentre and V.V.C. in Moscow in April 2014. To present the extensive range of products effectively, the event will comprise three specialist sectors: “Building & Interiors, Fenestration and Cersanex”.

Building & Interiors will run from 1 to 4 April 2014 at Expocentre, Moscow’s central trade fair ground, and showcases the latest products from this sector. To give visitors a clear overview, Building & Interiors is sub-arranged into Building Materials & Equipment, Hardware & Tools, Country Construction, Flooring, Lighting & Electrics, Decotex, Interior Finishes, Doors & Locks, Paints & Coatings and Wall Décor. Building & Interiors is the biggest sector at MosBuild and attracts more than 1 500 exhibitors from over 40 countries every year. The Fenestration sector will be held parallel to Building & Interiors at the All-Russian Exhibition Centre (V.V.C).

From 15 to 18 April 2014 the Cersanex exhibition will take place at the Expocentre. Every year, this event brings together leading companies from the bathrooms, sanitaryware and ceramics sectors.

MosBuild also provides a comprehensive business programme with numerous forums, conferences, special master classes and seminars. The events are devoted to current issues in the construction industry as well as in the architecture and design sectors. The e3Forum and the e3Award events focus on the growing awareness of environmentally friendly products and energy efficiency in the construction and architecture sectors. Specially for the ceramics industry, a conference will be held on the subject “The development of the market for ceramic tiles in Russia: trends and prospects” and the international architectural and ceramics competition „ArchCeramica“ will be arranged. The competition “MosBuild Architecture & Design Awards (MADA)” and the MosBuild School, a master class to be led by well-known architects and designers, professors from various universities and experts in the construction industry, are aimed primarily at young architects and architectural students.
