New flexible plant for Altrapco can produce ceiling and hollow blocks

The Spanish plant supplier Equipceramic has completed the construction of a new turnkey brick plant for the Algerian company Briqueterie Altrapco within the estimated time frame. The new plant is designed for the production of ceiling blocks in the size 530 x 160 x 200 mm as the base product, but can also produce hollow blocks thanks to the plant’s wide flexibility.

1 Introduction

Equipceramic‘s electronic department has developed and integrated a modern EQC-APP system tailored to the customer’s requirements. This offers a string of advantages at factory management level as well as on daily operational level, which include:

Visualization of the production data, task control, user management, data record management

Visualization and control of the state of sensors and actuators

Automatic adjustment, monitoring and control of drying and firing processes

Alarm data

Provision of other data

All this enables the Altrapco company management to operate the brick plant...
