At a site in Jarnoltowek, Poland, Dewon SP.ZO.O extracts greyish blue phyllitic slate and processes this with state-of-the-art screening and grinding equipment to high-quality phyllitic slate chippings. Up to 90 000 t slate flour are produced per year. Since April 2014 the slate flour has been sold on the market with defined moisture content as earth-moist bulk material.
